My real name isn't Pat Ampopcorn. It's Laura.I'm a teacher/trainer from London working in Malaysian Borneo. I've also worked in China and Sri Lanka (the 'patam' bit of my blog title means 'picture' in Tamil , which I speak very badly indeed).
This blog records my work on the OCA's Art of Photography course, which I'm studying part-time.
Apart from photography I love travelling, ping pong, going to nerdy museums about urban planning, and things with googly eyes.
