I can't quite believe I'm writing a blog about a photography course: the last time I tried to keep a blog I managed a whole two entries, and the last time I took a photography course I was so dispirited by the end of it that I didn't take a picture for a year afterwards. However, here I am.
This blog will act as my learning log for the OCA course Art of Photography, which I've just begun. Or tried to. As I came to the first course task - sit down with your camera and manual, and make sure you understand every single switch, dial and menu option - I realised that the battery had died.
So a competent start all round.
At least I've got my learning log set up. Will start properly tomorrow after a recharge...
